Tips to sleep better

Many people get insomnia nowaday. All the people want to get a good sleep. Getting sleep well you get the good health, get the energy to work to enjoy the life.

There are some tips on how to make you sleep well. Pay attention to that and hope it could do for you.

1. Keep a schedule. Set a time to sleep and get up early.

2. Don’t eat too much meals before sleeping. If you feel a little hungry, eat some fruit but not junk food.

3. If you need to sleep in a dart room, make sure all the lights are closed.Draw your curtains to prevent outdoor lights from shining in.

4. Avoid nicotine, coffee and alcohol all the evening. These things will keep you awake.

5. Exercise could help you sleep well, especially aerobic exercise. But think it over before you do exercise.  Different people have different habitus. Some people will not sleep well after doing exercise before sleep.

6. Switch off your computer one hour ealier before you sleep, which could make sure you do not search too much news before sleeping.

7. Maintain  your mattress and change your pillow from time to time. Turn the mattress over every season.  Pillow could do a great help for your sleep.

8. Mind your sleep gesture. Avoid sleeping on your stomach.

Make sure the tips is suit for your situation. Everyone has different habits. Get a better sleep.
