Some Features of Motorola Droid

Probably like most of us, you purchased the new Droid, glad with the features but puzzled with how to change things. I have discovered some of the things along the way here.

Do you want to delete the default icon on your screen? Just put your finger on top of the icon which you need. Then pull it down on top of gray tab at the bottom of the screen. When you pull it over gray tab, the tab will change to red. When it changes to red, put your finger away the screen. Your icon will disappear.

Would you like to avoid a default Bookmark? Just click at the Bookmark tab at the top right of the screen to open the full list. Then find out the Bookmark you want to remove and put your finger on it until a white screen comes up. Come to the bottom of the screen and press the Delete Bookmark option. The Droid will then ask for OK or Cancel, click OK and the Bookmark will disappear. The Droid offered many applications for you to download. If you didn’t checked them out before, Just click at the Market icon on your main screen. At the top there will be three tabs, Apps, Games and Version. Click at one of them and it will show another screen with more options, select one of them, then there will be three more choices at the top, Top Paid, Top Free and Just in. Press the one you want, the applications will be shown according to their rating.

Want to remove your web site viewing History? Just press at the Bookmark tab and since it opens; there will be a History button in the top right. Click it and then you will be asked to touch the Menu button on the bottom of the phone. It will come up a Clear History button. Press it and your history will disappear. Do your best to add a web page to your Bookmark list. Once you have the web page shown, press the Bookmark button. Your Bookmark page opens and you will notice the first one is showing the web site you have opened and it has a star with the word “Add” next to it. Just press it and your bookmark will be added.

Wish you can have a good use of your Motorola Droid.
